How to Flash Lava Iris 820:
Install MTK Driver.
1- Download the package & Extract SP Flash tool.
2- Out of the icon appearing, Double click on Flash_tool.exe
3- it will launch the tool on your PC, Click on Scatter-Loading appearing on the Right side of the tool.
4- Now, assign the firmware which will be in form “Android_scatter.txt”.
5- Click on Download to start flashing.
6- Switch off your Mobile and Connect it to PC by pressing Volume down or Volume up key.
7- It will lead you to Successful Flashing

- Clear App Cache & Data – To clear App cache and data, open Setting-> Apps-> App Management. Then Open the App and choose Storage usage and then clear data & cache. It will reset the App.
- Sync Device with Google Server: Open Date & Time App from System setting and Turn off Automatic Time Zone & Automatic Date & time. Choose any incorrect Date & Time. Atlast, Turn ON Automatic Time Zone & Automatic Date & time.

Using Google’s Find My Device feature:
Another method to reset your phone is by using Find My Device to erase and unlock the phone.

- Open Find My Device on your PC. Login with the same Gmail account that is being used on your phone.

- It will ask for a Gmail Password. As soon as you enter the password and click on next.
- It will delete all the data and the device location will be lost.
