Xiaomi has introduced Miui 10 Developer version file for 9 models, which can be upgraded to Miui 10 from Miui 9 or any version of Miui.
Updating to Miui 10 increases the performance of the Xiaomi Phones. So if your phones hang & have some laggy features, it can overcome by installing Miui 10.
List of Phones which can be updated to Miui 10 are:
1- Redmi Note 5
2- Redmi Note 5 Pro
3- Redmi S2
4- Mi 5
5- Mi 6
6- Mi Mix
7- Mi Mix 2
8- Mi Mix 2s
9- Mi Note 2
How to Flash Miui 10:
1- Download the Miui 10 ROM.
2- Install Qualcomm Driver & Mi Flash Tool.
3- Then you have to short Test Point by opening the Backcase.

g- Mi Note 2 & Mi Mix can be flashed in Fastboot mode. Press & hold Power + Volume down. Make sure you had install ADB Driver, then only it will make communication with the tool.
4- Now connect the phone in PC using USB cable, Under Other Device in Device manager it should make Qualcomm Usb 9008 port. (This process requires repetition)
5- Now, assign the path of Miui 10 Flash File.
6- Click on Flash to start flashing.
