HARD RESET STEPS:
• Switch off the mobile.
• Press and hold the Power + volume down + volume up button together
• Then select the recovery mode by pressing the volume up button
• In appeared menu select wipe data / factory reset and press shortcut button
• Now select delete all user data
• Now the process execute.
